During our initial consultation, I will take a detailed history from you about your diet, health status, and lifestyle. This will include obtaining information from you about your usual food intake and if you have any food allergies or sensitivities. You will also provide me with information about any medical problems you have, your recent blood work-up, and any medications and food supplements you take. I will also ask you some general lifestyle questions about your exercise, stress, and sleep habits.
Since we are all unique individuals, together we will set a few specific and achievable goals and develop a personalized eating plan that is suited to your needs and preferences.
During our follow up meetings, we will review our goals and progress and adapt the program as needed. I will provide ongoing support, education, and motivation to help you achieve your goals.
